How do I order?

First set up your own account. Just click on “Register” and complete the easy to follow steps. Then go into the Shop area of the website and order your choice of products. When you are finished click on the basket and follow the payment and delivery prompts.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently our delivery service covers certain areas within Central/West London only. Please use our postcode checker to see if your home is in our delivery zone. Longer term our plan is to expand our standard delivery area.

What is the minimum order I can place?

Currently we require you to order at least £20 worth of food.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes it is a flat £6.50 within our delivery area and is added onto your food order total.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Thursdays – between 9am and 1pm.

What happens if I’m not in?

If you’re not going to be home when we deliver you will be prompted during the check–out steps in the online ordering process to nominate your safe place for deliveries.

How often will the menu choices change?

The menu will consist of a range of core staple dishes and will feature a range of seasonally changing dishes too.

How should I store my products?

All of our items are meant to be stored in a fridge. So as soon as you can place the items into your fridge and follow the use by date on the container.

How will the delivery stay cool if I’m not at home to receive it?

If you tell us on your order that you aren’t going to be at home when we are due to deliver then we will package your order in an insulated carrier bag. This bag, along with icepacks placed inside it, is designed to keep items within it chilled for several hours.

How should I cook my products?

All of our dishes have been designed to be cooked on the hob or in the oven and cooking instructions specific to each dish are on the labels and on the web site.

Recycling

All of our containers are made of recyclable materials. We deliver our products in carrier bags which are both re-useable and recyclable. The icepacks too are re-useable and recyclable. To help us in our endeavours to be as eco-friendly as possible we’d like you to help us re-use these bags and icepacks. So when you’ve unpacked your delivery, if you could, please hand your bag and icepacks to your delivery driver the next time you receive an order or leave it in your nominated safe place the next time you order then we’ll pick it up.
