How do I order?

With everything that’s been going on recently, we have decided to take a breather, and reflect on how best to operate going forward.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide, except for a few remote locations. Please use our postcode checker to see if your address is covered.
What is the minimum order I can place?
Currently we require you to order at least £20 worth of food.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, it is a flat £7.50 for delivery by ecofleet courier to Central London addresses and is added onto your food order total.

We also offer nationwide chilled delivery service for a flat delivery charge of £12.95.
All delivery charges are tightly negotiated and passed to you at cost.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on Fridays – between 10am and 4pm.
What happens if I’m not in?
If you’re not going to be home when we deliver you will be prompted during the check–out steps in the online ordering process to nominate your safe place for deliveries.
How often will the menu choices change?
The menu will consist of a range of core staple dishes and will feature a range of seasonally changing dishes too. We change the menu every week, so it’s worth checking in, or following updates on social media.
How should I store my products?
All of the food we make is meant to be stored in the fridge. So as soon as you can place the items into your fridge and follow the use by date on the container.
In the case of non-cooked items from our Essentials range, please follow guidance on the label.
How will the delivery stay cool if I’m not at home to receive it?
We package all orders in an insulated carrier bag, or overnight chilled box. These containers, along with the icepacks we place inside them, are designed to keep items within them chilled appropriately.
How should I cook my products?
All of our dishes have been designed to be cooked on the hob or in the oven and cooking instructions specific to each dish are on the labels and on the web site.
All of our containers are made of recyclable materials. We deliver our products in London using carrier bags which are both re-useable and recyclable. The icepacks too are re-useable and recyclable. Our overnight chilled boxes use recycled materials.
To help us in our endeavours to be as eco-friendly as possible we’d like you to help us re-use the bags and icepacks. So when you’ve unpacked your delivery, if you could, please hand your bag and icepacks to your delivery driver the next time you receive an order or leave it in your nominated safe place the next time you order then we’ll pick it up.

How are your ingredients sourced?
Our range of suppliers have worked with Alastair over many years and he has some very exacting standards when it comes to selecting those with the best produce. Within the trade they are recognised as being some of the most reputable producers of the finest ingredients.
