Autumn Minestrone Soup (with porcini and borlotti beans) 500ml
Borlotti beans and porcini flavours represent a true taste of this time of year as well as being suitably Autumnal in colour. Warming and filling without being too hearty.
A little tip: Serve with really good extra virgin olive oil and parmesan at the table.
Ingredients: Borlotti beans (20%), spring greens, zucchini, leeks, green beans, carrot, onion, celery, spring onion, porcini (1%), Italian extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper.

Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.
Cooking: Heat gently in a saucepan with a dash of olive oil warmed in the pan before the soup is added, which will help prevent the soup scorching and make it taste even better.
One pot serves two people.
