Chestnut soup 500ml – serves two


A Tuscan seasonal speciality, made with fresh chestnuts and pancetta. 

This soup was so popular on our special Christmas Lunch service we have added it to our main menu – at least whilst Chestnuts are in season!

little tip

Serve it with a little extra virgin olive oil and parmesan.


Chestnuts, potatoes, onions, carrots, water, pancetta, celery, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, tomato concentrate, bouquet garni (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf), black pepper, salt.

Heat thoroughly and gently in a pan on the hob.


Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.
