Minestrone di Primavera Soup 500ml
Asparagus, peas, broad beans, french beans and spring onions are all included here to announce spring’s arrival in the kitchen. No trace of cabbage or other winter veg here, even the garlic is new season. A teaspoon of our pesto, per person, added to the soup in the bowls as you serve will transform it into that seminal, but often disappointing, Provencal speciality soupe au pistou. You will not be let down here.
Ingredients: Cannellini beans (10%), broad breans (10%), green beans (10%), peas (10%), asparagus (10%), courgette (10%), spring onion, onion, carrot, celery, Italian extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, bay leaf, salt, black pepper.

Cooking: Heat gently in a saucepan.
Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.
