Panettone bread and butter pudding 375g – serves 3
Panettone bread and butter pudding (Dolce di Panettone e Burro) is a twist on a great English classic, but as far as I know this has never been an Italian dish.
Instead, it seems to have been invented simultaneously by various cooks around the world.
Serve with lashings of custard.
Panettone (yeast, water, caster sugar, egg, butter (milk), salt, plain flour (wheat), lemons, oranges, sultanas), double cream (milk), raisins, milk, vanilla, cornflour.

Suitable for vegetarians.
Warmed through, but not served thermonuclear hot! Remove lid and place in a pre-heated oven at 160’C fan for 15 minutes.
Keep in the fridge and eat within the use by date.
