Pesto Genovese 250ml
Vividly green, due to the copious amounts of freshly torn basil contained within, this is pesto the way it ought to be.
There’s enough in here for 8-10 servings of pasta. And for me it’s best stirred into spaghetti, linguine or trenette (if you can find it). It is a brilliant addition to our minestrone di primavera – just stick a heaped soup spoon full into the soup at the table and stir it in for a delicious flavour combination.
This pesto also freezes remarkably well – just make sure that you top off the remaining pesto in the pot with a decent covering of olive oil, put the lid on and stick it in the freezer and it’ll keep for a few months easily.
Ingredients: Italian extra virgin olive oil (53%), basil (35%), pine nuts, parmesan (milk), garlic, salt, black pepper.

Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.
