Fantastic ribbons of pasta made from the finest quality durum wheat semolina and enriched with egg. Rummo tagliatelle all’uovo also draws on the purest water from the Sannio valley in its production which only enhances the flavour and texture of the pasta itself.
Typical of Emilian cuisine, this tagliatelle is wonderfully versatile and works with many types of sauces (white or red) and those featuring fish or meat.
