Thai style spicy squash soup 500ml – serves two


This Thai style soup is adapted from a Bill Granger recipe. It is an Australian modern classic, is gently aromatic and velvety smooth – but also delivers a fiery little kick to boot.


Squash (min. 25%), carrot, potato, leek, celery, creamed coconut, water, coriander leaves, vegetable oil, lime juice, Thai red curry paste (red pepper, red chilli, lemongrass, lime juice, rapeseed & sunflower oil, water, ginger, coriander, spirit vinegar, cumin, shrimp powder, garlic, salt, sugar, lactic acid, black pepper, citric acid, potassium sorbate, acetic acid), fish sauce (anchovy extract (fish), salt, sugar), ginger.

Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.


Heat gently in a saucepan.
