Tuna pasta sauce 370ml – serves four


A unique type of tuna pasta sauce from the Adriatic coast. The sweet onions, tangy capers, lemon and parsley soften and complement the assertive tomato and rich tuna.

A little tip: This sauce works best with a long flat pasta such as linguine, but also goes well with tagliatelle. Not served with parmesan or extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Dry packed yellowfin tuna (responsibly sourced fish) 30%, Onion, Tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Lemons, Capers, Chilli flakes, Salt, Pepper.

Allergens: See ingredients in bold. Produced in a kitchen which handles milk, gluten, sesame, celery, lupin, nuts, eggs, soya, fish, mustard, peanuts, sulphites.

Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.

Cooking: Heat slowly in a saucepan until bubbling gently. Add a little (two tablespoons) of the pasta cooking water to help things amalgamate.

One pot serves four people.
