Tuna pasta sauce 370ml – serves four


A unique type of tuna pasta sauce from the Adriatic coast. The sweet onions, tangy capers, lemon and parsley soften and complement the assertive tomato and rich tuna.

In this dish, we use copious amounts of the excellent ORTIZ Tuna from our good friends at BRINDISA.

Gluten and dairy free.



A little tip

This sauce works best with a long flat pasta such as linguine, but also goes well with tagliatelle. Not served with parmesan or extra virgin olive oil.


Dry packed yellowfin tuna (responsibly sourced fish) 30%, Onion, Tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Lemons, Capers, Chilli flakes, Salt, Pepper.


See ingredients in bold. Produced in a kitchen which handles milk, gluten, sesame, celery, lupin, nuts, eggs, soya, fish, mustard, peanuts, sulphites.


Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.


Heat slowly in a saucepan until bubbling gently. Add a little (two tablespoons) of the pasta cooking water to help things amalgamate.

One pot serves four people.
