Vegetable Lasagne 600g


This lasagne is really a hybrid creation combining several strands of Italian creativity. Starting with melanzane alla parmigiana, we add roast courgettes and peppers, then add egg pasta and finally, very heretically, a rich, parmesan laden, bechamel sauce.

Ingredients: Aubergine, courgette, red pepper, tomatoes, Italian extra virgin olive oil, buffalo mozzarella (milk), egg pasta sheets (gluten), milk, parmesan (milk), wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk), tomato puree, water, garlic, basil, demerara sugar, oregano, sunflower oil, salt & pepper.

Allergens: See ingredients in bold. Produced in a kitchen that handles milk, gluten, sesame, celery, lupin, nuts, eggs, soya, fish, mustard, peanuts, sulphites.

Cooking instructions: Heat in your oven at 175C having transferred the lasagne to an ovenproof dish. It should be very hot and bubbling and almost thinking about burning.

Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within use by date on lid. Once opened consume within 2 days.

Serves two people.
